At Hayaa Bio, we ship laboratory research materials in accordance with applicable logistics, customs, and safety requirements. All products sold are designated strictly for Research and Development use only and are shipped exclusively for laboratory, analytical, or scientific research purposes.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC):
Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman -
International Destinations:
Selected countries outside the GCC, subject to carrier availability, customs regulations, and import restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to any destination where the import of research chemicals or peptides is restricted, prohibited, or presents regulatory or logistical risk.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 12 business hours after payment confirmation, including weekends and public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Processing time refers to order verification, quality control, and packaging, and does not include shipping transit time.
Orders flagged for compliance review, address verification, or payment validation may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable domestic and international carriers depending on destination, shipment contents, and delivery requirements.

Transit times vary by country and carrier and may range from 5-14 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Special handling requirements (if applicable)
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for:

Ensuring the ordered products are legal to import into their country

Complying with all local laws, regulations, and customs requirements

Paying any customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes
Hayaa Bio is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs inspections

Shipments held, seized, or rejected by customs authorities

Additional documentation requests made by customs agencies
No refunds or replacements will be issued for shipments delayed, rejected, or confiscated due to customs or regulatory issues.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Hayaa Bio is not liable for:

Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Returned shipments due to address errors
If a shipment is returned to the supplier in China due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Hayaa Bio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the shipment is in the carrier’s possession, except where damage is clearly attributable to transit and reported in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Cold Chain & Special Handling
Certain products may require temperature-controlled or special handling.
Where applicable:

Cold-chain or controlled shipments will be clearly identified

Delivery delays or failed delivery attempts may result in product degradation
Hayaa Bio is not liable for degradation caused by carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, or improper storage after delivery.
9. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 12 hours of delivery
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
10. Force Majeure
Hayaa Bio shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Customs delays

Natural disasters

Carrier disruptions

Government actions or regulatory changes
